ports forwarded, static ip done, firewall off and wtf ? server still offline ?

i forwarded all ports, made static ip, disabled firewall completely and the server was still offline

1 month ago i did same procedure and i also got a static ip from my isp with extra pay and server was still offline

what else should i do ?

in ur cfg so it shows no informations about the server ;D

and tell us what the ip is ill check if it is for me too
and did you forward udp or tcp for samp?
