Mi a baja a streamer pluginak

Nem toltodnek be a pluginjaim es foleg a streamer ami kellene az objektekhez:(
a pluginokat a .../plugins mapaba helyeztem de semmi hatas a gamemodba beleirtam h #include<streamer>
semmi hatas vagyis mar a gamemodot se toltote be mindig
mit tegyek h betoltse?

A szerverlogom(reszlet amiben a hiba lehet a tobbit mindig ugyanugy tolti be):

ha valami meg kell h pontosan megmondjatok a hibat nyugodtan kerjetek

ha linuos szerverre rakod, akkor streamer.so és sscanf.so kellenek, ha windowsos szerverre, akkor pedig streamer.dll és sscanf.dll

hat a tanacsod segitsegevel sajnos nem kozelitetetem a problema megolodasa fele egyepkent windozra tettem
