Just refresh? Like when you press F5?
If so, then this is completely fine.

You know what would Rock? A Flash forums. Sweet effects + it's all live. No need to refresh.

a) The same effects can be achieved with javascript without the need for arbitrary plugins.
b) Flash sucks.

I heard Silverlight was good, but I can't install. It says I need Visual Studio, but it keeps leading me to Visual Basics, C++ and C# >:(.

Just get an iframe and Javascript - get Javascript to refresh the frame every 10 minutes or w/e.
Yea, that would be possible too, but i dont like these html/javascript stuff..^^ I more like EXE applications^^

Same,
What exactly does YSI do? I just downloaded it, put everything in the proper place, pasted over the compiler, and I get a bad nickname error on join.
It's not a plugin or anything :s?
EDIT:
I downloaded YSF, but it says:
Loading plugin: YSF
failed.
I tried YSF.dll as well, same. Everything is in the right place

With javascript you won't need to update the frame each amount of seconds, there is a trick in javascript that will get info out a another .php file without reloading or go to other pages, but it will have to load it you have a large .php file.

[...] then EXE, then Plugins again (YSI).
YSI isn't a plugin. It's Y_Less Server Includes.
YSF (Y_Less Server Fix) is a plugin.
