As I understood this:

Copy the IP and add behind it ":7777" or what else is wrote as "port" in your "server.cfg" and
then copy this IP-Address into your favorites and play.

Just find your router manual or How's to in google,Make a port forwarding to IP (check your internal ip by status on network card) and port 7777 after that check your external ip http://www.ip-adress.com,give your external ip for your friends and you can add on list your internal ip
