I've static IP then why i can't ?

Hello! guys i've static ip and my open port is 1010 but ppls can't see my server my firewall is totally off why i can't host server at my home pc ?i can connect to my local host plz somebody specify me the exact problem thank you !

Forward your port as well through your firewall. And allow samp-server.exe and announce.exe through as an exception.

Check your router DSL manual for Portforwarding,Some internet provider blocks port for user security,contact your provider for more informations

Make sure that the UDP and TCP port are portforwarding to your network address.If you still have problems,contact your internet provider
