A smoothy - apple, bannana, honey, small spoon of sugar blended up in a bit of milk.

In about ten minutes when I can be arsed I'm going to have a plain ommlette with maybe a bit of tomato or some light salad on the side and I will throw a cup of tea into the mix at some point. Tonight I plan on having some pasta, white cheese sauce (dunno what it's called sorry) with spinach and bacon as I have had my eye on that bacon for a few days now but I've been lazy !

I like eating healthy, I don't work out (injured :'() but just because I'm not working out it doesn't mean I have to let my diet suffer also. I'm still waiting to turn into a green giant though, I swear my mother was talking crap !
