Hello all.. I got a question :) Would be great if you can answer and i m sure the most of you can :)

Can you make a link per command like /webradio ? That you can INGAME go to the webradio site and hear it withoutgoing on desktop?

If you mean have a live radio stream while ingame without using any programs, then no.

As far as i know it needs to get Access to control your computer, am i right?

Correct, SA-MP does not launch anything and can't be made to. Best recommendation is just to send people text in-game saying "If you wanna listen to our radio go to our site".
