If it's meant to be a disk for something you can get Virtual Clonedrive and mount the .bin file

.BIN is a binary copy of an entire CDs/DVDs disc, for an example .ISO.
You can use MagicISO (http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-isoconverter.htm) to convert BIN to ISO then use Daemon (http://www.daemon-tools.cc) to mount the ISO Image.

Or just use this nice tool (http://wincdemu.sourceforge.net/) to mount common image files. Really, try it, you will fall in love guys.

Well, my MagicISO got expired so I used Daemon xD. :P
