Its so, because I'm using ENB Series Mod. You can use it for SA, MTA but not for SA-MP.
But its a bit laggy, if you have not so much FPS.
I've you have 100fps in SA normal settings, you'll get with ENB Series Mod 40-60. But its awesome :) ;)
