depends what mods you mean

if you mean vehicle mods they are allowed but not supported

only the person who has the mod installed can see it

Yes if i install mods i can see them.......but i decide to speak with my SAMP friends and with guys in my clan and we installed the same mods........so everyone can see the same......and its more interesting to play now
