NOT A glitcch or a bug
if u hit the rotors the heli falls

Nah i know a better glitch for the GTA SA Heli. There is no driver in the heli. Look and you'll see ;)

Hitting the rotor is a bug? Man if you go and shoot the rotor in real life, it would lose control and fall.
