Location: South of LS Airport (on sea) [Not far]
Info:
This is another of my "Closed map" creations, like my last map "Industrial Jungle"....
But the scenario is diferent, its a forest with 2 military bases, 2 bunkers, watchtowers, buildings and stuff....
The variety objects is a little poor because i invested most of my objects on Trees to create a large forest, and Rocks to fix map bugs, such as holes and "flying rocks"
This idea came some time ago wen i was playing Call Of Duty 2, and i saw the large dense forests in France :D
I hope you all like the mape, Enjoy!
PS: Unlike COD2 here you have modern Structures, not some Tree-made Bunkers :lol:
Sugestions: For a bigger enjoyment use No Radar Blimps, make it a Team Deathmatch and add weapon pickups at the Bases.

Looks good, but I can't help but notice you went overkill on the trees. Scrolling through the objects it's pretty clear which object the tree is >.>

Suggestion: Make the bases a bit different, they look empty. Also they shouldn't be the same :D

Dude thats nice, im thinking of editing my gamemode to make it accept diffrent maps, like votemap, and make scores etc.. but im not sure, but this would be like a cool DM GM :P

Yes but i made them almost equal (only buildings positioning makes the bases a little diferent), because, consider this....

1.More Objects more pobability of a crash and i don't want my maps to crash servers....
2.And if i would make bases diferent like, (if in a team deathmatch case) for example: +1 building could give the oposite team disadavantage because "your" team had that building for coverage/camping and so on.... i allways try make things as much balanced as possible, so no unfair advantages ;)

You can easily fix that, just give one base that advantage, and the other base some other advantage. Or just add more there, I find the bases a bit... empty.

But for exaple.... if i add a Military watch tower on a base, and a small building with stairs on other base, that would still have small disadvantage because of covering spots n stuff. :s

If the server has around 30 players I don't think they will even reach the HQ :P

Offtopic: I got a nice challenge for you. Create a big bunker with forest around it and make it something like area 51, make it accessible by people :P. I would definately say you're a great mapper if you can do this.

Lol... i don't take "requests", because thats what it his... a request.... and btw i can't change the Bunkers size, and i don't care much what you or others say about me, i apreciate the complements and stuff but i don't post maps on Forums for fame.... i just wanna share them with the comunity ;)

If he did that, it would lose its balance. Giving one team a different advantage throws off the whole game.

And besides i don't take other peoples ideas, thats not ma' kind of thing, except the Bermuda Triangle MAP that was kind a re-make from other Mapper idea ;)

Yes, Pedro_Guedes is a good mapper, too bad he can't script, and he is probly one of the best mappers iv'e seen aswell, other then " SATAN! " and " KWKSRV " Nice one, good for a TDM, CS Style

Dude, its just a couple objects why screen it? Just paste the objects and go see check urself, and label the Objects on script, so you can delete them incase you don't like them :|

So I made Soldiers and I spawned them vehicles: patriot, tank etc. Now I want to make the oposite team Mafia and to spawn them cars and guns. I got erors IDK why.

If you use a command to spawn vehicles infront of u like the SAMP Debugger one, it wont.... but if u save the vehicle on server script to spawn on this map, it will fall thru (only if u use a STREAMER, wich is recommended)

I was wondering if you or anyone else here can help me set this map up as the only event for my server it would greatly help me. Ive been trying to get this for 2 hours now (lol) and used the converter as you said on your website and still no luck. If ANYONE can help me plz add my user name MSN/Yahoo alexrs9408.

Looks great, A great thing to do with this is, place it into a FS then make some commands to open gates, control the bridges, maybe move the sub :)

Mhh lets see, here's what you have to do:

1- Convert the map here: http://convertffs.com/objects/
2- Select the streamer you are using (if you are using any)
3 - Copy and Paste the objects code onto your script under smth called "OnGameModeInit" ( smth like this)
