GTA:SA Lagging

Hello guys, since I've got my new computer, I can't play GTA:SA...
Here are the specs:

Intel Pentium 4 3.07GHz
2.00 GB RAM
nVidia 9400 GT

..and I lag like shit? Even at low settings? Even lowering from the nVidia CP? 11FPS? I used to play SA with my P3 800GHz and Nvidia MX series card about 2 years ago without any lag at all..

and btw this computer im on has 800MHZ P3 and ..and I lag like shit?

I have like 10 FPS (Fast for this) in some area of SA I have 0FPS

and btw this computer im on has 800MHZ P3 and ..and I lag like shit?

I have like 10 FPS (Fast for this) in some area of SA I have 0FPS

Have you turned off the Frame Limiter in your graphics?

and those settings in there (If you haven't) need tweaking...

you probably have a wierd setting on, but apart from that I don't know.

My computer is the same as yours exept the "Intel Pentium 4 3.07GHz" your owns mine x2 ^^

Check your system settings ect, might be the problem.

Or again it could be bad internet?

I fixed my problem by adding a portable fan next to graphic card and now I can play games at high settings O_o? wtf? The temperature before 65C, now is 53C.

I have a more failure PC

2.0 ghz Pentium 4
1gb RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 3 Ti500

And I run GTA:SA with 50-60 fps :O

I read that if the temperature is above 70c It can damage your PC. I have gotten up to 100c before.

It's now running at 44C, lower than the average.
