[MAP]Grove Street CONSTRUCTION/REBUILD

I finally got MTA to work again, and i haven't mapped in awhile so i made this simple small map, it has a few items here and there
nothing special, just simple and clean. just 1 bug that i know of, the little food-stand floats a bit i forgot to lower it.
