and if i remove it where i can get it back and to what i need rename it?

Just rename d3d9.dll to something like, d3d9_original.dll.null - you decide. But why there's one already there in the first place confuses me...

Something is wrong in here. Why does gtaump.exe has the draw of gta_sa.exe? It should have the SAMP design, not the gta executable.
Do this:
Delete these files to avoid confusion:
gtaump.exe
samp.saa
samp_debug
samp-license
SAMPUninstall
d3d9.dll
Re-download GTAUMP T3 client, copy the files to that folder.
Right-click gta_sa.exe and set it to run in compatibility mode of Windows 2000.
Tell us if it worked.

There is always a freind named "Search", He helped me with building me server.  Im New To Forum So I Dont Have Any Friends My monitor smells like garbage and cat poops now  |

Just create a copy of your SA folder and name it GTA United. delete the sa-mp files to the GTA United folder and install the "Gta United 1.1" then "Hotfix" then "U-MP T3"

lol look.
I'll make this simple.
Remove your GTA United folder. Let's start from the begining.
Now make a copy your GTA San Andreas folder and rename it to GTA United.
Don't delete anything yet.
Download GTA United 1.1 Beta, install it on GTA United folder.
Download GTA United Hotfix, install it on GTA United folder. (You must install this ONLY AFTER you have GTA United 1.1 installed.)
Download GTAUMP T3 Client, extract the files to your desktop first to avoid background errors. Now copy those files into GTA United folder.
Go on GTA United folder, rename d3d9.dll to d3d9.dll.gtau, be sure the icon changes to a white paper, if the icon didn't change, it means it's still a DLL and it won't let you run the multiplayer.
Remove samp.exe.
Right-click on gta_sa.exe, Properties, Compatibility, tick the option that says "Run this program on compatibility mode of" and select Windows 2000. Click Apply, OK.
Run gtaump.exe, click on Tools, Settings, click on the little folder, select the path to GTA United folder, click OK, Save, now click on Internet tab, pick a server to play on and press connect. You are ready to go.

You will see a folder called gtau-client. Select it, click Extract, and extract it to your Desktop. Then, open gtau-client that is on your Desktop, select the files and copy them to your GTA United folder. |
