There are many server's with that gamemode. I think a scripter sold them those gamemodes. Maybe because your the server owner of NG-RP, maybe admin, player or whatever. It gives you no right to tell to delete a person's server. If a gamemode was stolen, which my friend had that problem. Then that problem is with the server owner's. I suggest you read SA-MP Rules.
