No you can't. It's only for use in your own server scripts. Go to Gtagarage for mods and download cleo3.

Check the .pwn file and look for the strcpm/zcmd commmand for it and use it. It would look like this:

CMD: colour

Etc...

Otherwise if you don't understand what i'm saying, post a thread in one of the help sections.

what is it you want exactly? You want the player's name-tag colour to change at a certain time? If so, use 'SetPlayerColor(playerid, {COLOR HERE});
