Yeh, sooner or later... People in this community aren't like they used to be; you can no longer trust them, I spent 1 year making a multiplayer for that New York City map... Slayer101 the mapper rightfully released his map because I was his, but more annoyingly he took the project back to SAMP and got rid of all the old members. That's just one example of wasted time I've spent helping people here, people are no longer worth it. Starting up a community on a different game ASAP, most likely in June - July if GTA V is poorly ported. Longest I'm staying is till then tho, at which point I need to find face owners for 3 community servers.
That IP is correct, but it is not always online. I turn it on only when testing it. So you can add it to favourites and wait untill it will be turned on.
If I remember correctly you said you were leaving as well xd
