All of us can't update to 0.3x on control panel, why's that?

i just want to say thank you, your hosting services have almost cost me all my players, all my years of hard work getting my servers going, to come to you all and be down so much.. and having us to pay for another host, while we have yours just so we wont be without a server.. thanks !!! good service!!!
