I am not soo sure but i think SendClientMessage is just for the person who is using the command and SendClientMessageEx is for all - i think but not so sure !

Hi guy's.....I am using ECLIPS gm and i want you to create /onduty Commands for me ...
Function should be :
1. Have to send client message to that admin
REDCOLOR = you are now onduty !

Protocal = All
Start Port Number = 7777 (Change it to your own wish port)
End Port Number = 7777 (This should be the same as Start Port number)...
