Быстрее потому, что у компиляторов C и C++ есть хороший оптимизатор, да и код выполняется сразу через процессор, а не через интерпретатор.

Выставить нормальную дистанцию для каждого объекта при создании. Таким образом, стример будет выгружать объекты, которые не видны игроку.

I think the problem isn't in the library because it doesn't use the code (i.e. emit instruction or/and arrays without size) that could cause this error. You need to check the code in your...

YSI is a collection of PAWN libraries for the server, not a SA:MP plugin. These libraries could be included in your gamemode or in other libraries.

Можно просто поставить объекты, например, вышки, как это сделано на LS-RP, и уже использовать функцию IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint.

Совершенно верно.

1) Чаще всего проблема возникает в массивах (двумерных и выше), у которых не указан размер. Например:

new buffer[][] = {{},{}};
buffer[0][100] = 100; // компилятор ничего на...
