Trains can only be created with AddStaticVehicle/AddStaticVehicleEx, which can only be used in OnGameModeInit. Unless I'm misunderstanding your problem?

That will still cause OnPlayerDeath to crash if the killerid is INVALID_PLAYER_ID. Make sure you check that the killerid isn't INVALID_PLAYER_ID before using it in a lower sized array.
