Определение взрыва будет довольно не точным, и будет возможным только с использованием colandreas.
Стрельбу с пассажирского сидения я пытался сделать, но у меня не вышло.

You should compile this script with include from the 2.0 version. But I recommend you to use 1.8.2 version, because 2.0 is only for testing latest FCNPC changes.

Почему? Вложенные запросы разве что по читабельности выигрывают, а по скорости джоины лучше.
Да, косяк, здесь нужен LEFT JOIN.

Лучше JOIN'ами (IMHO):

SELECT houses.*, players.name AS player_name
FROM houses
LEFT JOIN players ON players.id = houses.player_id

I think what problem is in the DriftPointsCounter plugin. Try to build the plugin with the newest version of sampgdk.

Maybe you are calling some FCNPC functions while the player is exiting from the vehicle? Maybe in FCNPC_OnUpdate or somewhere else.

Yes, skins loaded by server owners. It's a 0.3.DL feature (AddCharModel).
