Default Deathmatch Test V1.0 (Test=Undone yet, making it)

This GM is just a simple deathmatch, there are 2 teams (not made) Police and Groove. And the skins are the following: (PSS: With AddPlayerClass)

Cars: 86 I think... I've maybe made a mistake but .. That's it. I think 84.

There are few commands (BAD Commands) because I don't know how to make a /buy command, I've made this:
/buy 1 /buy 2 /buy 3 and more more... That's why there are alot of cmds

There will be V1.1 V1.3 V1.9 V2.0 and finnaly the best.. V3.0 + roleplay.

* I added Some dialogs .. like with /drink,/rules,/help,/relax.. Simple but it's not done.

PSS: I need to change something, because if u type /buy 3 and some others it will say You sucefully bought a NoName.
I will make that later, and post you again. It will be better like that.
