I think you should re-install your gta san-andreas.

Try removing any installed mods for gta sanandreas.
Or crack your gta_sa.exe
Remove gta_set also.
If facing problems again,try using registry easy or reinstall gta sanandreas.

As suggested multiple times, I would also say to try and reinstall the game. If it works, it will save you the time of searching up your error. If you do get more errors, and you have a cracked GTA, then get another one or buy the game.

1. Reinstall your Grand Theft Auto San Andrea's.
2. Once compeleted download, http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads...sa-no-cd-patch
3. Move that gta_sa.exe into your current GTA Directory.
4. Re-Install your SA:MP 0.3e Client.

reinstall samp and try, if u still get it, then gta sa

Do you get this error, when you are trying to start SA-MP, or after when you are played for a while?

Try to download, or update Microsoft visual C++, or google what can cause this error.
