Somebody reported that my GPS plugin version 174 is a VIRUS, people, IT's NOT! (And none of my projects will be unless stated otherwise in a readme.txt in the zip package of the project).

If you don't believe me, you may analyze the source code yourself, see what everything does, debug, test, extract, do whatever you want, compile it, etc...

Scan results:
.DLL scan result
.ZIP file scan result

What actually IS detected as a (false positive) virus is the sampGDK installer.
HERE:

Seems the sampGDK installer is detected as a virus, well. Maybe let's inform Zeex.. Probably it's that good packed that the installer itself is detected because the AV's don't know what the file is. Also the installer installs a DLL (sampgdk2.dll) into the system32 directory of your windows, AV's think that's a way of installing a virus onto the system.

More scan results (ALL CLEAN):
.SO scan result

Well, I have no antivirus at all on my PC, it's just they always fuck something up I need todo. and all the false positives.. lol, I even don't have Windows Defender, als totally disabled the firewall (Totally, really, just ticking "turn off" does not disable the windows firewall, you have to do much more steps).

So, what I'm telling you, if sampgdk is a virus I'm virussed (however I don't see any suspicious activity, performance drops, or suspicious processes/services/child processes), ComboFix doesn't detect any infected files too.

Sorry for the off-topic gibberish, but having no antivirus, while some consider it not a big deal when they're experienced with computers, is still quite dangerous. You never know what sort of 0day threats might be out there and that's why I'd suggest using a simple, free, yet effective antivirus like Microsoft Security Essentials and regularly checking out Windows update center.

On the topic, MSE doesn't detect libsampgdk as a threat!

Lucky for me I have sanboxie+vmware when I suspect something or it asks for admin rights, and when downloading a installer I unpack then with uniextract, at least try to unpack. Don't like additional rubbish on my pc ; d
Also I know when I'm infected, and if I am, I just run combofix lol, works ALWAYS

Thanks to dudaefj for discovering a bug with CalculatePath which caused a crash when one of the nodeID's was less than zero or more than MAX_NODE_ID, this has been fixed in R175.
