Have you read your ISP contract? I know for a fact that mine prohibits hosting servers.

This idea seems quite silly, why dont you just buy off a host which is more reliable?

Hosting an active server uses around 300-500GB of bandwidth a month depending on players. Bell charges B/W by the GB, you will be their favourite customer.

I would consider it but the person hosting the server would need to have a generator, Low Latency and Awesome Ping, Redundant Power, have experience maintaining servers and be able to guarantee the speed would be equal to or greater than using a DC hosted server. (DC = Data Center) Most home hosted server providers could never provide these guarantees so I would probably spend a few extra bucks and get a VPS.

Now yes of-course you can play on servers from the UK and such completely fine but lets put it this way if you are trying to play lets says Battlefield 3 on a Germany server your going to experience lots of lag, so they will experience the same thing even on your SAMP server it won't be as noticeable but imagine how better the servers network is up-linked compared to where Bell is setup for house usage only. This will make it even worse and so anybody outside of Bell's network up-link which ain't a lot to be honest will end up with lots of lag issues.

And everything detailed about your offers are nothing special to be honest considering the fact the SAMP itself is based off people being all around the world especially Europe you're not going to go anywhere without lots of complaints.
I don't use bells packages. we've been customers for about 12 years now, :3 Fuck the plans, we get what we want!

Those aren't really unique or amazing features that you have listed. I'm sorry but anyone who decides to use home hosting for a long-term server, or anything more than LAN-gaming with friends, is an idiot.
