You just moved it to another place and changed faction and rank names...

EDIT:
Oh and for the security camera bug, it's because you changed the map and the security cameras are still in the old map. You forgot to edit them

The icon outside the cell wont come up why?

go server.cfg and type at plugins irc.so and sscanf.so

or remove .so if u have
