You're trying to open a socket on a port which is already in use. Try another port number.

You don't exactly say a lot about this issue of yours. Just posts bringing it up, but no valid information such as what environment you are running the code in.
Have you consulted the Internet for this issue? http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6...ot-working-php Also, stream_socket_server is also something that I discovered in May myself, but I decided to stick to the raw socket functions. |
