Make sure that no other program uses the port you are connected to the server with.

It happens with me when i play in servers which has more than 200 ping. So i think it happens because of your internet connection.

You assume I have a computer manufacturer ^_^ I built my computer :P. And yes it will sometimes jump to 200 but go right back to 60.

Had thing problem with a gamemode I had scripted. I never found the problem, and released the code later on.
Someone managed to find a fix, but I can't remember what it was. All I can say is that it is probably an issue between the streamer and your gamemode. Make sure there's no functions returning 0 when they shouldn't. |

Seems like a 'packet loss' issue.
Start a command prompt window. There, run ping sampserverip -t When you notice you're desynced in SAMP, wait 1 minute, close samp, and then press ctrl + c in command prompt window, see what's the packet loss percentage. |

I did continuous ping and when I noticed I desynced it was pinging at 1500ms and sometimes would time out.

There, you got the answer. Packet loss (time out) and high delay (ping above 1000) causes desync.
