Hello,
At somepoints my game will freeze the unfreeze, andit usually happens when someone joins or talks in the chat. And it happened on multiple servers.

No idea what is it, but it rarely happened to me.

I suggest if you have any modifications to remove them, that could be possible case of client side freeze's / lag.

If you're computer is a powerful one that can run the game with modifications check your resolution.

Sounds like it could be a drive access issue to me, if it's micropausing when it has to display certain things. I'd try a Defrag of the drive SA is on (free up some space if need-be so it defrags efficiently) or even install it to a fresh, faster drive, if you are able to.

Must have been a virus, cause i activated my anti-virus and it was gone.

On older PC's that happend every time. On my first PC i was having that problem. Was from the video memory it was lower 256 mb then from the gta sa mods. So don't install mods like high texture pack new skin weapons on night vision googles high resolution car skin or ENB Series. if you try this and isn't work try to reinstall your windows
