Sync will progressively get better, but not to the extent of MTA. You will probably always have to lag shoot in this mod, and that's part of (whether people want to believe it or not) what makes this mod unique.

Not so, you should check OnPlayerGiveDamage, that will stop Lag shoot but on foot.

It makes the game horrible though. You die from seemingly out of nowhere. Although cessil's server seems to handle it quite well, I was very impressed.

Wait for 0.4, I think kye said he'll rework some core stuff in 0.4 somewhere in the 0.3e rc topics (some guy asked when sync issues will be resolved etc and he said something like that).
