By creating a .txd file with parts of the VC map, could not it be used as if you were creating a Gangzone?

The issue is that the map is located way off the radar. If you press ESC and go into Map, you'll notice that the map doesn't scroll any further than the edges. Adding a larger image to the radar texture files will only cause the map to be zoomed out, as far as I know.

I follow the instrutions of the topic, but i have the problem with "Unable to load filterscript 'vicecity.amx'."

What did I do:

I follow all (and optional) instrutions;
Compile (I'ts works) with DL features (For it, I need download the zcmd, foreach and streamer plugin);
My samp03DL is clean;
Put it on server.cfg (vicecity) name and it don't work and I try load on game and don't work too;
Yes, my server folder have all files UAC/permissions free Windows.

Hayran_Tavares, i think you server stay loading 16+ filterscript, and limit is 16. Try remove all filterscripts in "filterscript" line in server.cfg, and put only vicecity.

Download the lastest version of Streamer (plugin and include) and ZCMD (include), links in first post. Also, put "streamer" in plugins line in server.cfg

Please use a proper conversion for Quaternions. That one you use is wrong and even produces Nan-rotations.

If you can't do it yourself, use rotations.inc by Nero_3D.

Also the North Point Mall exterior is missing completely.

Missing interior and failed model id around missing water.

/malibu command doesnt working and malibu bugged.
