hey iv started creating a roleplay script based in fort-carson and i would like to ask if anyone who knows who to
script could help me create it and teach me how to script better than what i can now

There are tons of tutorials how to learn scripting and roleplay base scripts in the gamemode section.

Everything works fine but if you want people do all the dirty work for you, that won't work.
Spend your time looking for ones its not hard because people won't do everything for you and you will be happy, by that you will NEVER learn scripting or anything else.

Its not hard spending few minutes finding tutorials because mostly everything there can teach you a lot.
