Anyone have teamview so they can help me make a dialog for the steveo's127 script of cops and robbers

i been tryin for hrs to make one but always fail

will someone show me by teamview how to make a skill slecttion dialog its got one but not a dialog its a menu selection and i want to replace as a dialog please reply soon as possible and i pm u my id and pass on teamview
