Ctime is probably best for that though I may provide similar functionality here.

I didn't think it was complex enough to warrant a tutorial, I may add some comparisons to the documentation though.

Edit: Examples of ctime have been added so you can simply compare the difference and update your code accordingly.

I'm glad to see you amazing contribute to this forum and to SA-MP World.

Very nice job very usefull, simple to use and a great alternative ( much better ) to ctime.

It seems a bit out of scope for this plugin as this is purely a data manipulation library rather than providing actual functionality. There are already timer fix plugins afaik and given that there's no overhead or downside to loading more plugins, I'd just advise people to use a timer fix plugin with this. You can still use the conversion operators and `Milliseconds:` values in SetTimer etc. functions, just de-tag the values with _: so there are no mismatch warnings.

Which Timer Fix plugin would you advise to use?
