Never done it, but you can combine JS websockets and a sockets plugin probably.

Absolutely. Run a query, saving all the player data into one row for all players. Then force javascript to run a timer every second to grab the data and update the positions relevant to the new MySQL data you fetched from the PHP file.

Holy crap. gonna split that up in tiles right now!

edit: gotta rewrite my tiling application first, as .net's Image/Bitmap cant handle big images.

edit2: released v1.1 to allow this and added some suggested features.

The HQ satellite map is a bit bugged, it seems it had some problems with rendering alpha textures as some bridges (for example around San Fierro, Golden Gate Bridge etc.) are wrong.
