What about this?

If there's anything else on linux that can offer multithreaded containers I'll gladly use it. Windows offers it by default. Linux not. And it's a pain in the ass to get working I know. There are 32bit libtbb libraries, just follow the install instructions.

The download link is broken? http://gpb.******code.com/files/184.zip is broken. I tried going to GitUp and find GPS plugin, but when I click it, it redirects to here. So I do not know from where to download because a filterscipt I use uses this plugin. Need help please.

Recompile the source on that machine. If not possible for whatever reason then use jessie or try to get a backported `libstdc++6` package from jessie into wheezy. I'm sorry but I'm not going to keep providing support for an almost 5 year old OS (and 2 versions behind the current version).

I would suggest you use Incognitos' Streamer Plugin, create a DynamicArea that covers Los Santos or any other area you want, then loop from 0 to MAX_NODES ( 32768 ), use IsPointInDynamicArea with GetNodePos

Something like:

Code:
new Float:x
new Float:y;
new Float:z;

for(new i = 0; i < MAX_NODES; ++i)
{
    if(GetNodePos(i, x, y, z) == 1)
    {
        if(IsPointInDynamicArea(area_id, x, y, z))
        {
            // add `i` to your node list
        }
    }
}
I would use this code only once and store those nodes somewhere persistently for reuse.
