so what any problem ? Currently i dont have credit card in PayPal Account but having $50 in it !
im 16 i need to be 18 years to get Bank account so im using my mom's Bank account !

Will Host when will Get my Credit card or will ask my father for it !

ON Topic : Can Anyone Help me ? Please

Do you honestly expect for anyone to take your "host" for serious? Free webhost, free domain and some reseller VPS. You don't even know how to setup a website.

You also need to be 18 years old to make PayPal account.
