[BUG] Start sa-mp with Windows7
Hello, 1 friend of mine have problems with starting sa-mp,

I played sa-mp 0.3 beta with my friend and it worked cool(im using windows 7 x64 7600 too) |

Works fine here aswell and i'm using gold RTM aswell. Try compatibility if you installed dx9 or older.

Using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (Build 7600) to, everything works fine here.
