how to make a npc shooting with a m4 and anther one flying a plane and how to spectate them ?

http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=119947.0 should help with NPC's, and with spectating, you should just /spec 0 or something, cause NPC's are like, one of the first ones to connect..
