Hey, i have a problem somtimes i see the players chat and sometimes i don't, same for them and other players.

What can cause this?

Could you provide some more information?
E.g. screenshots, what server this happened on, did you press one of the F1-F12 buttons which makes the chat invisable?
If this is your server, have you added anything to:
OnPlayerText
since this is called when a player tries to talk.
