Hi,
i recived some reputation..
one with Green box(

) and one Blue Box(

)
what does it mean?and what do i do with it...?

The "blue box" means that the reputation you were given did not award you any points. You need reputation points to give positive reputation points to others.

The amount of reputation points someone receives when you thank him depends on things like your postcount, your joindate and your own reputation. If these are too low 0 points will be added, and this shows the blue box. This is a protection so noone can create new profiles to spam someones reputation.
The green box means that you recevied at least one point.

2 green boxes is 100+, 3 green boxes is 200+, etc.

Mean, the OP is talking about the information from within the User Control Panel.

Mean is clearly confused and doesn't understand the reputation system. I presume he thinks this is about the bars of reputation that would appear next to ones profile in this part:

I guess you are the one not understanding what the OP means Calg00ne O_o

The reputation gets shown there in Blocks.

My guess is that
1 Green means that you got atleast 1 Reppoint
2 Greens = 100+ Reppoints
3 Greens = 200+ Reppoints

and so on.
