I got a lot of sa-mp versions including the rc9. Just download it from www.udcs-tss.com/sa-mp_files/

I would like to see proxy support for samp! There are many players who can't play because they require proxy to run internet, like college LANs.

Just like skype, firefox and most of the other applications have options for using proxy network, samp can have like that as well.
