No. http://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/RemoveBuildingForPlayer

RemoveBuildingForPlayer removes static buildings that are default to the San Andreas map. DestroyObject will destroy objects that have been created via a script.

Quick Suggestion list.

Redo Function.
Auto saving function - atleast once every 10 mins - Or maybe user defined.
Custom Format creating.
SetObjectMaterial - Hopefully you can add this to your editor allowing us to quckly do this.
Pre-defineable diaganol object moval.

I would love to be able to use the SetObjectMaterial in the object selector, and also to change active textures in the game.

It could add in lines of code to show RemoveBuildingForPlayer, CreateObject and SetObjectMaterial if you were to set a new material on a building that existed by default.

A little bit difficult due to CreateObject returning an object id that would have to be utilized by SetObjectMaterial.

It wouldn't be difficult. The editor could output:
pawn Code:
SetObjectMaterial(CreateObject(...), ...);

And, kipeer: place those lines of code in OnPlayerConnect.

Agreed on the re-do function. I often mess up things and have to start all over.

If you tested the map at any point during it, then you should be able to find it here - C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Temp\debug.txt
