	The whole "BackUp" System is fully rescripted!
	The design is completly new and the function's performance are increased alot.
	The BackUP system now encrypts file that are uploaded and before they are uploaded you can have a look at them.
	mCtrlPlug is also re-designed and only soft code was rescripted!

	Now Added a featered called "Server Test Mode" which will enable testing features for the server and ease your work.
	Tool strip now hides and inserte needed seperators.
	Alot of big codes have being shrinked which increases performance in some areas.

	The default server is now loaded on every single start up, other server info can still be applied.

    in the Configurations Tab the Clean Up function has also being Re-Scripted and now does what it suppose to.
    All of the script has being Re-done, i have removed a lot of unneeded script from the Server Main Control which has increased the start up/shutdown time of the server.
    Also the connection refresh time has being fixed so now displays the current time.
    Most commune problems have being fixed e.g: unbundled exception has occurred.
	M-Ctrl start up now retries your IP form my website which is faster.
    A whole change to the settings form has being done and now looks a lot better, also i have added a lot more settings to be able to change.
    New feature which will change positions of objects when app is on full screen so it looks neater and takes up more room.
    The Plugin is now 100% configured to work with any samp server, the installation wizard of the plugin has being improved as well, so its just 1 click and you can run the plugin.
    The player's playlist data is now put into columns which is much neater and adjustable.
    The Auto Connect has being Re-Scripted and now connects to the server automatically when launched or appears to be launched.
    The server version is retrieved on app start up and on server start/restart.
    Some modifications were done to the Backup system: stabilized the webclient also the upload percentage is now under a backgroundeworker which will not freeze up the app.

• As a result of M-Ctrl freezing up once tying to "Connect" to your VPS, this happens because you VPS does not give any response once connected and because that M-Ctrl is waiting for that response, which leads to it freezing/Waiting.
  A quick solution is added in the "VPS Connection" settings to disable the "Read Response On Connect" which should solve this problem.

Most easy control panel to use !
This is one of the easiest control panels for samp i know.
Why ? well simply because there is no extra filterscirpts,plugins,includes or anything in those lines needed to make M-Ctrl to work.
is basically Plug & Play.

What can i do with it ?
Start/Stop/Restart: You can start your server with just 1 click .
Connecting To your server is now very easy all the needed information is now received with 1 click.
Auto Restart: When the server detects that the "samp-server" has stopped working will restart it!
Rcon Control: Once connected with your server you will be able to have full control: (All Function are done Without joining or using the server console!)

Adding Filterscripts/Gamemodes to the database requires you to have a verification key.
Key: Vc4rt/sd;

If you want to protect your FS/GM so no one else can changes any of the information on the database there is a feature that can password protect your information(password is HASHED!).

actually because of that i never test how much it can hold
so i done a test yesterday and it can only hold up to 24/23 players on the list
but it will fix that in feature

and the downlaod is now available
