DNS and server address.
Hey,
How do I create a new DNS address for samp so like: server.url.com:7784 ? I'm using Volt-Host's CPanel if it helps! Thanks

Create a subdomain and make it redirect to you.server.ip: port.

Do you have a registered (paid) domain? If so, find the option in the control panel of your domain/webhosting that lets you change the DNS records. Add an A or CNAME record that points to your ip address.

to make it easier, if you got the advanced DNS editor option... Its pretty self explanitory
