When a player is cuffed AND freezed (Using new cuff animation), he can still press the fire key and punch players

Yeah, on other people's screens he can still attack but on his screen he doesn't do anything.
It's been around for a while, hasn't been fixed yet so I guess it must be a bit of a big job. |

The trick is return 0 on OnPlayerUpdate if the player is frozen.
