2 problems with new server

Useful info:
- I'm brand new to this so please bear with me.
- I'm using the sftdm4.6.1 gamemode.
- I will post code at your request.

Problem #1:
When I type /kick or /ban, I get a message that says "/kick: You are not an admin". The thing is, I AM admin. First I changed my .sav in scriptfiles to lvl 5. I then went in game and did /setadmin [name] 5... and got a message that it worked and I was set to lvl 5 admin. Now, even though I AM an admin, I get that retarded message. Screenshot below.

Problem #2:
There are 2 clocks. One on top of the other. How do I remove one of them? Also in the screenshot below...

Yes and I have no idea what rcon is really. Is it like a control panel?

When I go in game and do /rcon login [password], I get a message that says "Bad admin password. Repeated attempts will get you banned". I have checked the server.cfg and the password is correct.

try to check your server.cfg see the filterscript line maybe there is some filterscript (included to filterscript folder and server.cfg when you download sa-mp server from sa-mp.com) like "base, fs_realtime, ...(not sure with the name)" etc (any filterscript that you don't use for your server), try to removing them.

Ok you're the man. I deleted gl_property from the fiterscript and now I can login to rcon and use /kick etc.

I'm still having the clock problem though.

EDIT: I also deleted a filterscript called "gl_realtime" and I now have ONE clock!
