Check you PSU again, if its 230 watt, it isnt enough. If its 320 watt it might also be too short. Graphic cards drain the 12V rail, and cheap PSUs got very low limits for those.

Failing compnets can cause power spikes have you noticed this happening with anything else. If a power spike is being cuased I would guess it was your Video Card.

I had same problem.I try to reinstal.After reinstal it was working fine.

You have 89 degrees while playing GTA San Andreas is so much, no wonder it will automatically shutdown. Try re-applying thermal paste.
But it's confusing to me why the other core is half temperature of the other. |
