Check you PSU again, if its 230 watt, it isnt enough. If its 320 watt it might also be too short. Graphic cards drain the 12V rail, and cheap PSUs got very low limits for those.

Failing compnets can cause power spikes have you noticed this happening with anything else. If a power spike is being cuased I would guess it was your Video Card.

It's 2300watt and 230V.

gtasa.exe uses 101mb cpu.
Temprature is 85c So yeah its overheating and shuts down to prevent damage , what you can do is
1. open Pc case , Check if fan is actually working , if it is Try to clean the dust , and also check if its fixed tightly (the fan) this should slove your problem because whan u run gta it will need more cpu recources which means it will overheat.

I clean the case every 2 days,even the fan,it's all clean.

You have 89 degrees while playing GTA San Andreas is so much, no wonder it will automatically shutdown. Try re-applying thermal paste.

But it's confusing to me why the other core is half temperature of the other.
